Meet Shelley
Shelley is a passionate and skilled yoga facilitator qualified to teach vinyasa, yin and kids yoga. She is also qualified in Somatic Based Trauma Informed and Responsive Yoga allowing her a deeper understanding of the neurological impact of trauma and how to release built-up emotion, pain and anxiety through connection to the body.
Shelley understands through personal experience that the practice of yoga can help reduce pain in the body, and angst in the mind. It is her life-long ambition to share the tools needed to navigate a road to calm in a busy, demanding world.

Her background as a performing arts primary school teacher, dance instructor and gymnastics coach allow Shelley to create engaging and meaningful classes that are both mind and body based and cater to a variety of age groups.
Shelley is a qualified energetic healer, lover of music, movement and nature, the single mother of two spirited boys and is currently enrolled to study her Masters of Social Work.
